As our business continues to grow, we are looking for a motivated and organised eCommerce Executive cum Admin to join our team and support our daily operations.

About the Role

This role involves handling day-to-day online store operations, customer service, and general administrative duties. It’s perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, is detail-oriented, and eager to learn about eCommerce operations. No prior experience is required — we are happy to train the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities

eCommerce Operations

  • Manage and update product listings, quantities, and prices on Shopify, eBay, and Amazon.
  • Upload new products and ensure information is accurate and consistent across all platforms.
  • Monitor orders and coordinate with the team to ensure timely fulfilment.

Customer Service

  • Respond to customer enquiries and messages through email and marketplace platforms.
  • Handle order issues, returns, and provide after-sales support to ensure customer satisfaction.

Administrative Support

  • Perform general office duties such as data entry, filing, and documentation.
  • Support management with basic operational paperwork.
  • Assist with ad-hoc administrative and coordination tasks as assigned.
Requirements
  • Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, etc.).
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Responsible, organised, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Experience with Shopify, eBay, or Amazon is an advantage but not required (training provided).
