The incumbent will assist the Manager of Ecommerce & Operations to administer and process matters pertaining to the subscription and distribution of various editions worldwide as well as Ecommerce order fulfillment.
Responsibilities: E-Commerce Operation & Order Fulfillment
- Coordinate with contracted distribution partners and liaise with brands to ensure the timely delivery of watch shipments
- Assist to ensure accurate stock levels are reflected on Revolution shop via Shopify
- Assist to ensure efficient and smooth running of e-Commerce operations
- Co-ordinate with forwarders for deliveries/insurance coverages for watches
- Monitor and follow up on customer orders to ensure timely updates on shipping, delays, or stock issues
- Ensure compliance with customs and import/export requirements for international shipments
- Prepare and verify invoices to third-party service providers, ensuring accuracy, and liaise with the finance department for processing
Responsibilities: Magazines Subscriptions & Circulation
- Co-ordinate with forwarders e.g. Fedex and DHL, postal agents, printers and suppliers to provide accurate documentation for distribution and deliveries for the various editions and ensure that magazines are on schedule.
- Assist in responding to queries regarding subscriptions, e-commerce and circulation in a timely manner.
- Assist in database management – accurate data entry, maintenance & regulation.
- Assist to optimize renewal and subscriptions of the magazine
- Review mailing lists and make any additions or removals
- Assist to identify key distribution channels
Responsibilities: Administration duties
- Assist in monthly stock count and audit of inventory with Finance Team on last working day of month
- Maintain and organize logistics and inventory records, ensuring all documentation is up-to-date and accurate.
- Manage administration duties – attend meetings on logistics matters
- Manage and monitor packing materials stock level
- Assist to attend to walk-in guest or vendors
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management.
Requirements
- Diploma in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce or a related field.
- At least 1 - 2 years of experience in an ecommerce environment is a plus (fresh graduates are also welcome to apply).
- Organized, meticulous, with strong follow up traits and initiatives.
- Able to work well in a fast-paced environment
- An independent worker who is able to multi-task and works well under time pressure
- Proficient with Microsoft Words & Microsoft Excel
