The Regional Ecommerce Assistant Manager is responsible to drive ecommerce revenue growth across South East Asia and India by developing ecommerce & digital winning strategies in close collaboration with Global Digital teams & local markets Digital captains.
Responsibilities
- Portfolio
- Market includes: Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand & Distributor markets (India, Vietnam, Philippines, Indonesia, etc.)
- Division includes: Luxury & Consumer Beauty consists of fragrances, skincare, makeup, nail care and body care
- Regional campaign planning, launch & optimization
- Develop and execute ecommerce strategies and initiatives to achieve sales targets and drive online revenue growth in Lazada & Shopee.
- Build regional campaign calendar by brand and channel, guidelines & toolkits for local markets ease of execution. Focus brands: Philosophy, Chloe, Marc Jacobs, Hugo Boss, Calvin Klein.
- Plan digital marketing campaigns guidelines, including paid advertising offsite and onsite, SEO/SEM, livestreams, to improve platform’s visibility, drive traffic and increase sales.
- Co-create with lazada & Shopee to win visibility on the platform.
- Analyze performance & optimize to reach revenue growth targets. Provide reporting and analysis of KPIs, keeping stakeholders and leadership informed of performance. Track sales and key ecommerce metrics to enhance campaign efficiency and maximize sales potential.
- Drive the Regional Business Planning with Lazada, Shopee and enabler (Synagie).
- Enhance customer engagement and increase conversion by optimizing the user experience across platforms. Develop & implement new features to elevate fragrance & skincare experience online, special focus on Ultra-premium (Chloe ADF & Boss Collection).
- Occasionally help local markets in their Flagship store opening planning & execution.
- Help develop capacities in Distributor markets, best practice sharing.
- Prepare for mass fragrance launch support, explore multibrand flagship store.
- Stay up-to-date on market and shopper trends, particularly ecommerce, omnichannel and digital media related, to explore and unlock new commercial opportunities.
What you’ll bring
ESSENTIAL:
- 3+ years working with or in marketplace (Lazada or shopee), with a track record of success in driving revenue growth and improving ecommerce key metrics, preferably in a multi-brand and matrixed environment.
- Excellent project management and communication skills, especially working with multiple stakeholders.
- Skilled in the use of MS Office tools including Outlook (or related email tool) Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Possesses cross-cultural awareness and high emotional intelligence.
- Natural curious, who likes to be hands-on to learn and develop.
- Strong interest in skincare, consumer goods and beauty products.
- Ability to work independently with limited input once objectives have been set.
- Experience in working in a fast-paced Ecommerce environment and being able to demonstrate flexibility when plans change.
- Must be able to converse in English. T.Chinese is a plus.
DESIRABLE:
- Master of content editing tools: Adobe Photoshop, Adobe DAM
- Experience in using Google Adwords, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, or any ECommerce tools is a plus
