Ecommerce
- Manage the e-shop and the following E-commerce platform: Shopee, Lazada & Qoo10.
- Drive overall online sales via listing of products, design of communication messages & planning for online activities for selected items for online sales.
- Integrate social platforms (Facebook, Instagram) with e-shop/e-commerce to generate awareness & exposure for online listed products & activation.
- Generate analytics to report online sales & performance on a weekly basis based on predetermined metrics.
- Work closely with merchandising team to select products & finalize activation for both e-shop & e-commerce platforms.
- Generate contents to substantiate online offerings and establish Company’s online presence.
- Oversee e-commerce operational process from product listing for sales through to design / activation online & ultimately fulfilment.
Membership
- Responsible for the acquisition, applications, renewals and retention of members and timely accurate reporting to Head of Division.
- Plan, co-ordinate and organize members’ events, professional development programs and members’ benefits.
- Source for vendors and partners to work in partnership.
- Responsible for members’ communications and social media engagement.
Customer Service
- Plan, implement and evaluate appropriate policies and procedures to improve first contact resolution, turn around speed and accuracy of customer service processes
- Identify and develop key performance standards and metrics to drive productive SOP and work to ensure their achievement.
- Act as the main point of contact for customer relationship management, follow up on inquiries in a timely and professional manner
