Job summary

A leading HR advisory firm in Singapore is seeking a Safety Officer to ensure compliance with Workplace Safety Health Act provisions. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of construction-related experience and possess WSHO and ECO certificates. Responsibilities include supporting safety programs and conducting audits and inspections. This position offers a salary between $4500 and $6500, with working hours 5.5 days a week.

Qualifications

• Possess WSHO and ECO certificate.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in construction related works.
• Must have own transport.

Responsibilities

• Support the Project site in implementing the Safety Management System.

Job description

Job Description

• Ensure compliance with the provisions of the Workplace Safety Health Act and to promote EHS programme.
• Support the Project site in the overall implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the Safety Management System
• Plan and implement improvements to infrastructure and processes for compliance, conduct hazard/risk analysis, safety audits, safety inspections and incident investigations.
• Facilitate site compliance with regulatory Workplace Safety and Health Act requirements and advise Management on employee health and safety matters.
