Qualifications

• Top-tier law firm training and experience in capital markets transactions.
• Experience in high yield, equity offerings or related deals.
• US law degree preferred for Singapore-based role.

Responsibilities

• Work across international ECM and DCM transactions along with corporate/PE deals.
• Collaborate with Capital Markets team handling large, sophisticated transactions in the region.
• Participate in cross-border, cross-jurisdictional financing and securities work.
