Job description

  • Monday to Friday

Job Description:

  • Oversee full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.

  • Drive employee engagement, retention programs, and learning & development initiatives.

  • Handle compensation and benefits, payroll processing, work pass applications, and ensure statutory compliance with MOM regulations.

  • Advise stakeholders on HR policies, manpower planning, budgeting, and succession planning.

  • Maintain HR systems, employee records, and support HR reporting and audits.

  • Manage office administration such as facilities, assets, safety, travel arrangements, document control, and company events.

  • Support inter-department and overseas office coordination, and participate in cross-functional and audit-related projects.

  • Act as ISO document controller and support internal control and risk management efforts.

Requirements

  • Degree or equivalent qualification in HR Management/Business Management or related field.

  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the full spectrum of HR functions.

  • Proficient in MS Office application.

  • Experience in Access EasyPay HRMS Software or other HRMS.
