Job Description:
Oversee full spectrum of HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding.
Drive employee engagement, retention programs, and learning & development initiatives.
Handle compensation and benefits, payroll processing, work pass applications, and ensure statutory compliance with MOM regulations.
Advise stakeholders on HR policies, manpower planning, budgeting, and succession planning.
Maintain HR systems, employee records, and support HR reporting and audits.
Manage office administration such as facilities, assets, safety, travel arrangements, document control, and company events.
Support inter-department and overseas office coordination, and participate in cross-functional and audit-related projects.
Act as ISO document controller and support internal control and risk management efforts.
Requirements
Degree or equivalent qualification in HR Management/Business Management or related field.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in the full spectrum of HR functions.
Proficient in MS Office application.
Experience in Access EasyPay HRMS Software or other HRMS.
