We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute comprehensive marketing strategies across digital platforms. This role is ideal for a creative thinker with strong analytical skills and experience in professional services marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, develop, and execute digital marketing initiatives, including SEO/SEM, email marketing, database marketing, and paid campaigns.

  • Manage and grow the organization’s social media presence across platforms such as LinkedIn and Meta, ensuring consistent brand messaging and audience engagement.

  • Monitor, analyze, and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, measuring success against KPIs and ROI benchmarks.

  • Identify emerging trends, insights, and opportunities to optimize campaign performance and budget allocation.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to brainstorm and implement innovative growth strategies and creative marketing solutions.

  • Lead the development, execution, and analysis of lead generation campaigns, with a focus on continual improvement and conversion.

  • Apply strong analytical skills to evaluate the customer journey across all digital touchpoints and channels.

  • Stay abreast of evolving digital tools, technologies, and best practices, offering recommendations for innovation and adoption.

  • Manage end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, from concept through implementation and post-campaign analysis.

  • Organize and oversee client-facing events, including planning, promotion, and coordination for webinars, conferences, and other lead-generating initiatives.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in marketing within a professional services environment (e.g., legal, consulting, financial services) is highly desirable.

  • Strong knowledge of B2B marketing strategies and the nuances of a client-service business model.

  • Demonstrated success in brand management and developing thought leadership content to elevate market positioning.

  • Hands-on experience with multi-channel campaign execution including digital marketing, content creation, email campaigns, social media, and SEO/SEM.

  • Exceptional analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making and campaign optimization.

  • Up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and performance measurement.

  • Ability to identify and segment target audiences and design engaging campaigns that drive awareness, education, and conversion.

  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Zoho) and lead nurturing tactics to support business development and client relationship management.

  • Proven experience in event planning and management, including organizing webinars, seminars, and client engagement events.
