Job Description:
Dot1 Technologies Pte Ltd is looking for a skilled and dependable Electrical Appliances Service & Maintenance Technician to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible not only for supporting M&E (Mechanical & Electrical) works on various residential and commercial projects but also for the servicing of electrical appliances.

Your scope will M&E works such as electrical wiring, power point installation, project supervisor, M&E project support, and other general facility maintenance tasks includes hands-on repair, testing, and maintenance of appliances such as refrigerators, washing machines, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers, along with involvement in light at client sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inspect, diagnose, and repair various industrial / residential electrical appliances
• Perform routine servicing and preventive maintenance of appliances
• Assist with M&E project activities such as electrical fitting works, simple plumbing support, and basic air-conditioning servicing where required
• Ensure all repair and maintenance works are performed in compliance with safety and quality standards
• Maintain proper documentation of service activities and parts usage
• Provide excellent customer service and support on-site
• Keep up to date with appliance repair techniques and relevant M&E practices

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as M&E Technician in M&E projects, appliance servicing, electrical installation / repair, or related fields
• Knowledge of basic M&E works (e.g. wiring, fittings, or piping) is an advantage
• Strong fault-finding, diagnostic, and troubleshooting skills
• Physically fit and able to handle heavy appliances (up to 20–25kg)
• Valid Class 3 driving licence with a clean driving record preferred
• Relevant technical certifications (NITEC/DIPLOMA) will be a plus
• Good communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team
