What you'll be doing

• Administer and monitor the SAP systems, including the application server, database, and other components

• Perform regular system backups, maintenance tasks, and user management

• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues or incidents related to the SAP infrastructure

• Implement and configure SAP system updates, patches, and upgrades

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and operation of the SAP environment

• Develop and maintain documentation for SAP Basis processes and procedures

• Provide support and training to end-users as needed

What we're looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a SAP Basis Administrator or similar role

• Extensive knowledge of SAP Basis architecture, including application servers, databases, and system components

• Proficient in SAP system administration tasks, such as user management, system monitoring, and performance tuning

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills to quickly identify and resolve system issues

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and end-users

• Experience in implementing and configuring SAP system updates, patches, and upgrades

• Familiarity with SAP security, backup, and disaster recovery processes
