Collaborate with merchandising departments to manage all aspects of online store including business planning , content strategy and development , promotional campaignsand other online marketing , website design , customer service , web analytics and web technologies

Day to day operational performance

• Lead overall strategy development and planning for online store's promotional calendar to maximise sales & opportunities
• Work closely with merchandising departments for online merchandising , promotions and fulfilment
• Monitor customer feedback and resolve any online shopping issues promptly
• Collaborate with merchandising and logistics team to ensure efficient order fulfilment
• Manage & approve product listings from merchandising departments
• Identify business opportunities in the e-commerce space , acquire and onboard trending brands
• Optimize operations for online store, decreasing logistical costs and improve efficiency
• Manage a team of 3 e-commerce executives , providing guidance and support
• Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment

• Search engine optimization
• Optimizing copies on landing pages and product descriptions
• Perform ongoing keyword research including discovery and expansion of keyboard opportunities
• Researching and implementing content recommendations such as blog articles
• Develop and implement link building strategy

• Oversee maintenance and optimization of e-commerce website , ensuring a user friendly experience
• Implement improvements to website design , site navigation , content development , checkout funnel
