Job summary

A leading engineering company in Singapore is seeking a Quantity Surveyor to oversee all aspects of quantity surveying duties. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Quantity Surveying or related fields and at least 5 years of experience in building construction. Responsibilities include cost estimation, subcontract management, and preparation of monthly progress claims.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as QS in Building Construction working for contractors.
• Experience in Architectural and Façade works preferred.

Job description

Taking Lead in all aspects of duties relating to quantity surveying which includes taking-off of quantities;

monthly progress claim;

price comparison and prepare subcontract agreement;

cost estimation and payment response to subcontractors;

calling of quotations and sub-contracts procurement.

Experience about Architectural and Façade works will be preferred.

Degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building or Civil Engineering;

Minimum 5 years of experience as QS in Building Construction working for contractors.
