Location: Changi Airfreight Centre
Working Hours: Rotating Shifts
AM Shift: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
PM Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM (Additional $20/day shift allowance)
Weekend Shift: 1 weekend/month (Work From Home unless stated)
Saturday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM ($60/day)
Sunday: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM ($100/day)

Key Responsibilities:

Account Management & Customer Service

• Be the dedicated point of contact for key clients, ensuring top-notch customer experience

• Understand client logistics needs and deliver customized solutions

• Resolve issues and respond to service requests promptly and professionally

Freight Operations & Coordination

• Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely and efficient shipments

• Track and monitor cargo movements, providing updates to clients

• Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners to secure best rates and services

Sales & Business Development

• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts

• Support sales efforts through quotations, proposals, and negotiation

• Contribute to strategies that enhance client retention and account growth

Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare accurate shipping documents and customs declarations

• Keep up with trade regulations and compliance requirements

Reporting & Performance Monitoring

• Maintain clear records of shipments and client communications

• Generate reports on account performance and KPIs

Requirement:

• Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field

• Minimum 3 years in freight forwarding, logistics, or account management

• Solid understanding of international freight (air/sea/land) and Incoterms

• Experience working with freight systems and Microsoft Office

• Comfortable handling client escalations and providing timely resolutions

• Knowledge of customs clearance and port/airport operations
