Job description

Job Responsibilities

1. Manage cash and sales transactions in dining facilities.
2. Promote services, improve customer satisfaction, answer inquiries, report to the Supervisor, greet customers, collect payments, and give accurate change.
3. Handle foreign currency exchange with accuracy.
4. Count cash register contents at the end of each shift, maintain receipts and records, and deposit cash collections into the safe deposit box.
5. Perform gate deliveries (Australia & New Zealand Flights).
6. Support I-Shop Changi procurement activities (pick and pack).
7. Undertake any other ad-hoc assignments or projects as assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements

• GCE N or O level qualification.
• At least 1 year of cashiering experience.
• Professional appearance.
• Maintain a positive attitude and focus on customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to read and write English.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Ability to work midnight shifts in the Changi Airport environment.
