The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Interior/Architecture and 3-5 years of experience in various project types, particularly high-end residential. Responsibilities include delivering quality designs from concept to handover, developing detailed drawings, and presenting visualizations. • Minimum of a Diploma in Interior/Architecture or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of experience in interior design, with exposure to various project types or high-end residential projects is an advantage.
• Strong fluency in English, excellent communication skills, and teamwork capability.
• Eager to tackle challenging projects and grow professionally.
• Highly skilled in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3Ds Max or Vray, Adobe Photoshop, MS Office, and other related design software.
• Well-versed and meticulous in drawing construction drawings.
• A good team player who can also work independently, with a positive attitude, attention to detail, and high motivation.

Job Description and Responsibilities

• Deliver quality interior design from inception/concept to handover.
• Possess good space planning abilities.
• Have good knowledge of materials and/or FF&E.
• Develop and produce high-quality 2D and 3D drawings, detailing, and construction documentation.
• Present concept visualizations through hand sketches, drawings, and illustrations.
• Understand design trends and codes relevant to the Interior Design industry.
