Job description

Job Location and Working Conditions

Singapore Based (Tuas, Company Transport / Transport Allowance ($120) if candidate possesses own transport)

Work Schedule: 5 Days per week (Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm)

Qualifications and Experience
  • Diploma or Certificate in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Prior experience in administrative or accounting support roles is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; knowledge of accounting software is a plus
  • Familiarity with accounting systems like Microsoft Navision
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial processes
Remuneration and Benefits

Salary: $2400 to $3000 + AWS

Career Progression Opportunities

Job Responsibilities
  1. Invoicing
  2. Invoice & Payment Processing: Review and verify invoices, match with PO/DO/PR/quotations, enter data into accounting system, and ensure timely payments.
  3. Vendor & Financial Support: Communicate with vendors to resolve billing issues; assist in account reconciliation and month-end closings.
  4. Record Keeping & Compliance: Maintain documentation of payments, support audit processes, and ensure expense approval.
  5. GST & Reconciliation: Assist with quarterly GST permit checks and perform daily cash flow updates and bank reconciliations.
  6. Training Coordination: Book training courses, track completion, update records, and file certificates.
  7. PPE & Inventory Management: Monitor PPE issuance to employees, maintain records for ISO compliance, and manage stock levels for pantry, PPE, and office supplies.
  8. General Administration: Handle daily administrative tasks including supply coordination, document filing, and office support.
