A leading company in Singapore is seeking dedicated individuals for customer service roles. The position involves answering inquiries through calls and emails while providing follow-up support. Job Details:
• Location: Ubi
• Salary: $13/hr
• Duration: 9 June - Min 6 Months (Preferably long term)
• Working hours: Mon-Fri 10am-2pm/11am-3pm (Rotate weekly)
Have to be able to fully commit 2 weeks of training from 9am-5pm
Responsibilities:
• Answering enquiries via calls/emails and providing follow-up
Requirements:
• Training provided
• Able to start on 9 June and able to fully commit 2 weeks of training from 9am-5pm
• Min O levels with at least 2 years of customer service experience
