$5000 - $6000 (Depends on experience) + AWS + VB

9am - 6pm (Mon – Fri)

Work Location: Joo Koon - Company transport provided at Boon Lay MRT

Your Role, Your Influence:

  • Develop and update HR policies to support business growth, enhance talent attraction and retention, and ensure effective workforce management.

  • Oversee the full range of HR functions, including recruitment, payroll, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with data protection standards.

  • Ensure compliance with local employment laws and regulations; handle HR-related matters with government agencies, including surveys and funding applications.

  • Manage employee relations issues such as grievances, disciplinary actions, attendance, and workplace conflicts in a professional and timely manner.

  • Prepare HR reports for management, including manpower statistics, salary benchmarking, and budget forecasts.

  • Oversee office administration duties, including procurement of office supplies, management of insurance, company licenses, and certifications such as Bizsafe Star and ISO.

  • Organize staff engagement activities and company events to foster a positive work environment.

  • Any ad-hoc duties as assigned


Requirement :

  • Bachelor Degree in HR or a related field

  • Min of 2-3 years of HR Admin Manager experience

  • Knowledge with Singapore Employment Act and local manpower regulations
