Job description:

Job Purpose

As a HRBP & Employee Engagement, you will provide essential operational and administrative HR support to the assigned Business Unit or Corporate Functions. You will work closely with the HRBP team to support the implementation of HR strategies and policies, ensuring smooth HR operations and consistent HR service delivery. Your role will also include supporting employee engagement initiatives to enhance employee experience, morale, and retention across the business.

Responsibilities
  • Provide operational HR support including employee onboarding, offboarding, and HR administration.
  • Assist in implementing HR policies and procedures and ensure compliance with company standards.
  • Support the execution of talent management programs, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate HR activities such as staff communications, documentation, HR reporting, and survey administration.
  • Collaborate with senior HRBPs to address employee relations issues and provide necessary support.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement programs and recognition initiatives.
  • Maintain and update HR records and ensure accurate tracking of employee engagement activities.
  • Support event coordination for staff engagement activities, townhalls, and wellness programs.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to gather feedback and continuously improve engagement strategies.
Qualifications & Work Experience
  • Degree or equivalent qualification in Human Resources or related field.
  • Minimum 2-4 years of experience in HR, with a focus on HRBP support and employee engagement.
Skills
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and HRIS systems.
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills.
