Roles & Responsibilities
  • Actively acquire and prospect new Premier Banking Offshore customers, developing and strengthening their relationships with the Bank in line with relevant business goals.
  • Contribute to the profitability of Premier Banking by achieving profit and growth targets.
  • Manage relationships with new and existing affluent customers through professional, consultative financial analysis.
  • Upsell, cross-sell, and provide regular market updates and trend analyses to these customers.
  • Ensure superior customer service and enhance the overall customer experience within Premier Banking.
Minimum Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in banking and financial services, preferably managing the affluent segment, with a consistent sales performance record.
  • Experience covering the Indonesia and Malaysia markets.
  • Recognized university degree and CMFAS certification (RES1A/RES1B, RES2B, RES5, CM-EIP, CM-SIP, M8, M8A, M9, M9A, HI).
  • Sound knowledge of banking products and services, including investment products such as unit trusts, bancassurance, and treasury products.
  • Effective communication skills in Mandarin and/or Bahasa Indonesia to engage with offshore clients.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficient in tele-consulting.
  • Creative, meticulous, and capable of working independently and as part of a team.
  • Initiative and drive to succeed, with focus and discipline to meet sales quotas and revenue targets.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes.
