Job description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide a full range of administrative support to the office

  • Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-up

  • Collate and analyze data, and prepare reports and presentation materials

  • Support the planning and execution of departmental and cross-functional projects

  • Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables

  • Assist in managing tasks, resources, and deadlines for key initiatives

  • Handle procurement and finance-related processes such as quotations, invoicing, and expense claims

  • Maintain departmental records and manage internal correspondences

  • Organize calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements

  • Perform general administrative tasks including document handling and filing

  • Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned

Requirements:

  • A recognised Diploma in Business Admin/ Healthcare or related

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Good interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities

  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

  • Organised, adaptable, and proactive
