A leading company is seeking an Administrative Support professional to provide comprehensive administrative assistance. Key Responsibilities:
Provide a full range of administrative support to the office
Coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, documentation, and follow-up
Collate and analyze data, and prepare reports and presentation materials
Support the planning and execution of departmental and cross-functional projects
Track project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
Assist in managing tasks, resources, and deadlines for key initiatives
Handle procurement and finance-related processes such as quotations, invoicing, and expense claims
Maintain departmental records and manage internal correspondences
Organize calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements
Perform general administrative tasks including document handling and filing
Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned
Requirements:
A recognised Diploma in Business Admin/ Healthcare or related
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Good interpersonal and stakeholder engagement skills
Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Organised, adaptable, and proactive
