Job Descriptions
Involve in Human Resource payroll functions and tax clearance ( IR21) for foreign workers and HR administrative matters.
Involve in application/renewal of work pass for workers and office staff.
Processing and handling of end to end monthly Payroll (Working with a Team )
Checking and tabulation of time attendance and OT claims for workers.
Update and maintain of employee individual's personnel files, records and database.
Filling of tax clearance for foreign workers and exit formalities
Assist in training administration, workers insurance related matters and dormitory issues.
Assist in day to day general HR operational and administrative support.
Manage employee-related issues and any other HR duties as assigned.
Requirements

Team player with a positive work attitude
Good Time Management
Good communication skills and Proficient in Microsoft Office application
At least 4 years of working experience in HR field with strong payroll experience. Hands-on experience in payroll is a must .
At least 3 years of Singapore payroll experience .
Industry exposure : Construction, Maintenance will be prefer. Or handle at least 150 headcounts before.
Minimum Higher Nitec / Diploma and above in Human Resource Management or equivalent
Candidate must be willing to commute to Tagore Lane (Office Location).
Prior Payroll and HR experience in Engineering / Construction will be advantage.
