Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is hiring an L1/L2 English language Assistant Teacher in Singapore's Orchard area.

Working Mon-Fri, 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM, the position offers a salary of up to SGD 2,500 per month. You will assist the Main Teacher in planning and delivering engaging activities, support routines, and prepare materials. You will supervise children, maintain a safe classroom, document progress, and ensure ECDA regulations and centre policies are followed.

Qualifications

• ECDA L2 certification recognized in Singapore.
• Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (Teaching) or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Main Teacher in planning and delivering engaging, developmentally appropriate learning activities.
• Support classroom routines and daily programmes in accordance with the preschool curriculum.
• Prepare teaching materials, learning resources, and classroom displays.
• Guide and supervise children during lessons, indoor and outdoor activities, meals, and rest time.
• Foster a safe, caring, and positive learning environment that supports children's holistic development.
• Observe children's learning and behaviour, and provide feedback to the Main Teacher.
• Maintain classroom cleanliness, organisation, and learning resources.
• Assist with documenting children's learning progress and classroom activities.
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues.
• Ensure compliance with ECDA regulations, health and safety guidelines, and centre policies.

Education

ECDA L2 certification
