Role Details:

• Schedule: Saturdays and Sundays
• Working Hours: flexible starting hours, end by 10.30pm
• Location: Work from home
• Commitment: Minimum 3 months
• Salary: up to $20 per day

Job Description:

• Coordinate and manage relief teacher deployment across multiple preschool centres using WhatsApp and Excel
• Monitor group chats, respond promptly, and follow up to ensure next-day assignments are secured
• Broadcast centre requests, match available relief teachers to shifts, and provide timely updates to address manpower gaps
• Maintain and update Excel files accurately with centres and teacher details
