Responsibilities
1. Prepare and process sales, delivery and purchase order using ERP system
2. Tracking and filing of Central Kitchen’s related documents.
3. Assist superior in preparing statistic for meeting report
4. Preparation of mins for meeting
5. Perform any ad-hoc duties as per assigned by management
Requirements
Possesses good communication and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team or independently
Self-motivated and able to work with minimum supervision
Proficient in Microsoft applications
Self-discipline with initiative and enthusiasm
Positive attitude and able to work independently and as well as in teams
Able to work on public holidays
