• Well Established MNC Company

• Basic salary: $2000 - $3000 (Depends on experience)

• AWS + Variable / Performance Bonuses

• Working location: Loyang - Company Transport Provided at Tampines MRT

• Working hours: Mon - Fri / 8.30am - 5.30pm / Alt Sat / 8.30am - 12.30pm

• Candidates without experience are welcome - training will be provided

Job Scope:

1. Coordinate and advise customers on shipping methods.
2. Assemble, gather, and document shipments to conform to Trade Regulatory requirements.
3. Maintain and manage filing for all outgoing orders.
4. Respond to customer inquiries regarding shipping issues.
5. Assist Shipping Executive in initiating and implementing best practices in shipping processes.

Requirements:

1. O Level and Above
2. At least 1-2 years of relevant working experience
3. Knowledge of freight forwarding services, including arranging transport & delivery of shipments and related functions
