Job summary

A leading company in HR advisory is seeking a Finance Executive to manage day-to-day transaction processing, payroll, and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma in Accounting and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with proficiency in PEACHTREE Accounting Software and Microsoft Excel. This role offers a competitive salary and a dynamic work environment.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years of finance, accounting, and/or reporting experience.
  • Experience with PEACHTREE Accounting Software is preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for day-to-day transaction processing of Sales, Purchase, and Nominal Ledger accounting.
  • Preparing bank reconciliations, processing expense claims, and managing petty cash.
  • Generating reports for month-end closing and preparing payroll.

Skills

  • Basic salary: $2,800 - $3,200 + AWS

Job Scope
Finance

Responsible for the day-to-day transaction processing of Sales, Purchase, and Nominal Ledger accounting to ensure accurate and complete records, including:

  • Accurate data entry in accounting software
  • Handling petty cash payments
  • Preparing bank reconciliations, including payments and monitoring receipts
  • Processing expense claims after review
  • Managing petty cash and cash travel advances
  • Preparing quotations for customers
  • Preparing timesheets and updating labor costs
  • Generating reports for month-end closing
  • Preparing payroll
Admin
  • Managing general communications such as mail, deliveries, couriers, etc.
  • Managing office supplies and stationery
  • Coordinating travel arrangements, including bookings, visa applications, and invitation letters
  • Covering for the Finance & Admin Manager during absence
  • Performing other related tasks as required
