Job description

This role leads the Events team in planning and delivering a wide range of ISCA’s corporate and social events, including initiatives such as the ISCA Games, ISCA Cares charity events etc. Reporting to the Head of Partnerships and Events, the role plays a key part in shaping memorable experiences for members and stakeholders, reinforcing ISCA’s brand and community outreach objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of the Institute’s corporate and social events across physical, virtual, and hybrid formats

  • Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring cost-efficiency and alignment with procurement policies

  • Coordinate with internal departments and external stakeholders to ensure smooth event execution and high-quality deliverables

  • Provide creative event ideas and differentiated event experiences for members and partners while ensuring event requirements and objectives are met

  • Oversee project timelines and progress, ensuring milestones and deliverables are met

  • Guide and support team members in planning and executing their assigned events/projects

  • Monitor team performance and provide mentorship to ensure targets are met and capabilities are developed

What We're Looking For:

  • Degree/Diploma in Business, Marketing, Events Management or related discipline

  • At least 8 years of relevant experience in event planning and management

  • Familiar with virtual platforms such as Zoom and Teams

  • Familiar with available and uses of social media platforms/channels

  • Strong project management and organisational skills

  • Proven experience leading a team of event professionals

  • Creative, resourceful, and solutions-oriented with attention to detail

  • Positive attitude and possesses a “can-do” attitude with a willingness to take on new challenges

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
