Job description

What the role is:

You are responsible for executing the Republic of Singapore Navy (RSN) vessels maintenance programmes through contract management, budget forecasting, and system acceptance processes.

What you will be working on:

1. Prepare purchase requests for maintenance tasks through SAP Enterprise System
2. Conduct system acceptance via goods receipt for completed maintenance tasks
3. Manage maintenance budget forecasting and expenditure tracking
4. Support internal and external audits preparation and stakeholder liaison
5. Monitor contract performance and compliance with governance and compliance requirements

Challenge(s):

Managing complex maintenance programmes while ensuring compliance with financial directives.

What we are looking for:

• Education in Logistics Management, Accounting, Finance, Business, Engineering is preferred
• At least 3 years of experience in outsourcing and contracting procedures
• Strong analytical and coordination skills
• Meticulous with attention to detail
• Proficiency in Excel Macro/VBA functions and PowerBI is advantageous
• Innovation mindset for process improvements
