Job Summary:
We're seeking a creative and strategic Marketing Executive to promote our innovative arts programmes. You will develop and execute marketing campaigns to showcase our unique offerings, drive engagement, and inspire young creatives.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage Achievers Arts' brand portfolio and positioning.
2. Identify opportunities for collaborations and partnerships with cross-functional teams to launch programmes and promotions.
3. Develop strategic and integrated marketing plans and campaigns marketing across digital, social media, print, and events.
4. Conduct research and manage budgets effectively.
5. Work closely with instructors and creative teams to ensure brand consistency.
6. Cultivate relationships with partners to amplify brand messaging.
7. Manage social media accounts and digital marketing strategies.
Requirements:
1. Diploma or equivalent in Marketing or related field.
2. Excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills.
3. Strategic thinker with experience in managing diverse portfolios.
4. Proven track record in driving engagement and growth.
5. Knowledge of arts education or experience working with children would be an advantage.
Location: East
Minimum 6 months commitment including weekends.
