Job description

Telco+ is a joint initiative (created as a new Strategic Business Unit) between Singtel and NCS to help telcos address their transformation needs to evolve into future digital telcos. The aim is to help telcos improve operational efficiency and leverage insights-driven data to deliver enhanced customer experiences, as well as to provide them with capabilities to serve their enterprise customer segments. With the combined capabilities of Singtel and NCS’ expertise in digital and technology services, the new SBU aims to be the service provider of choice for Telcos across Asia Pacific and the Middle East, helping them reinvent themselves.

The Client Delivery Lead ensures the quality delivery of projects by Telco+. He/she supports projects within the Communications (Comms) sector. He/she partners with the Client Service Lead to integrate Telco+ offerings, focusing on AI and Cloud, to address key client needs and deliver value-added services. Responsibilities include managing business value, maintaining professional relationships with clients and stakeholders, and leading multifunctional project teams.

What will you do?

You will act as the primary contact for key clients regarding project delivery and managed services, overseeing areas in your care. This includes accountability for budget, resourcing, timelines, project quality, customer satisfaction, and other metrics.

In project & operational delivery, you are expected to:

  • Oversee the delivery services of your client’s account and participate in responsible programs.

  • Lead cross-LOB teams to drive revenue, quality, and customer satisfaction.

  • Capture and share knowledge from projects into the organizational knowledge base.

Beyond that, your responsibilities include:

  • Develop mutually beneficial business opportunities:

    1. Address client problems;

    2. Create feasible, sustainable solutions aligned with NCS core capabilities, incorporating innovation.

  • Support presales solutioning to ensure proposed solutions are viable within project constraints and resources.

  • Innovate solutions through technology and process improvements.

The ideal candidate should possess:

  • A degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

  • 10-15 years of experience leading large-scale system integration projects and consulting in telecommunications.

  • Broad business acumen and deep industry knowledge.

  • Knowledge of AI and Cloud technologies.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, including:

    1. Ability to work across all organizational levels in a dynamic environment.

    2. Ability to develop long-term relationships with clients during business development and project execution.
