Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Finance FICO-ECC Functional Consultant with 5-14 years of professional experience in the field. The consultant will be responsible for implementing and managing the financial and controlling (FICO) components of the SAP ECC system. The resource should have hands-on experience in implementation, roll-out, technical upgrade, and support. Along with technical expertise, the consultant should have experience in leading teams, project management, consultancy mindset, stakeholder management, and excellent communication skills.

Primary Responsibilities

1. Develop and implement the FICO-ECC module in the SAP environment.
2. Configure the FICO-ECC module to meet the specific business needs of the organization.
3. Collaborate with various business teams to ensure that the FICO-ECC module meets their requirements.
4. Provide end-user training and support to ensure the FICO-ECC module is used properly.
5. Monitor and troubleshoot system issues to ensure the FICO-ECC module is running efficiently.
6. Conduct regular system maintenance and upgrades to ensure the FICO-ECC module is running smoothly.
7. Develop and document best practices for the FICO-ECC module.
8. Adequate knowledge of ABAP/Tables to draft functional specifications for development.
9. Industry experience: D2C, B2B processes.
10. HIP / API / Integration with applications (File, IDOC, and API interfaces).

Skills and Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
2. 5-12 years of professional experience in the FICO-ECC module in the SAP environment.
3. Strong knowledge and understanding of SAP FICO-ECC processes.
4. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
7. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
