We are hiring! Join us in our Singapore office… This is an amazing opportunity for a Recruitment Agency Resourcer/Researcher or Delivery Consultant to join a well established and leading Financial Services specialist to work alongside our Consultants focussing on the Candidate sourcing side.

• Work shoulder to shoulder with our long-standing team who have a combined experience of more than 30 years, learning from the best
• Be part of an 18 year old business who has an extensive list of loyal clients globally
• Have access to a back office that has been refined for nearly two decades
• Enjoy the exposure of working across dual markets – KS has an office in the UAE where you will also cover searches
• Work in a very autonomous and open environment with flexibility
• Using Linked In, our paid for job boards, our database, referral gathering and mapping, work with our Consultants in both locations to source candidates for active live roles. Help to screen, prepare CVs and organise interviews. Also management of our database Bullhorn and assisting the team.

What we are looking for:

• A hungry and naturally driven resourcer who has some agency experience
• Financial Services exposure would be beneficial
• An understanding of recruitment process and what needs to be done to continually wow our candidates and clients
• A natural desire to exceed and want to go above and beyond, internally and externally

This role is only open to Singaporeans and PRs unless you are being sponsored by a spouse and have a visa to work in Singapore – we are unable to sponsor.
