Job summary

A leading company in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Assistant to handle basic accounting and administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a GCE 'O' Level qualification, at least 2 years of relevant experience, and strong skills in MS Excel and Word. Job description

Responsibilities

  • Perform basic accounting functions such as prepare vouchers, payments for suppliers, staff claims etc
  • Purchase office stationery and pantry items
  • Perform general administrative duties, such as prepare contracts of new employees, update contact list, work related to work permit application for foreign employee.
  • and other duties as and when assigned

Requirements

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
