Job description

Working Hours: 5-Day Work Week | 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Salary: $3,000 – $4,200 (Base) + Commission & Incentives

Vehicle Required: Car or motorcycle (or willing to obtain within 2 months)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. If you have experience in construction-related sales, enjoy building long-term client relationships, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive new business opportunities in the construction or related sectors
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets
  • Build strong client relationships and provide tailored solutions
  • Identify and develop new leads from the market and industry stakeholders
  • Track and update site progress and material forecasts regularly
  • Liaise with internal teams and communicate market insights to support business growth
  • Maintain timely follow-ups and provide support or troubleshooting when needed
  • Collaborate with contractors, developers, consultants, and architects
  • Ensure clear communication on payment terms and collection follow-ups
What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in construction or related industries
  • A “hunter” mindset with a strong drive for business development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Energetic, proactive, and able to work independently
  • Hands-on exposure to construction or project-related sales is a bonus
  • Must possess or be willing to obtain a car or motorcycle within 2 months
Benefits & Allowances
  • Own Car: $600 transport allowance + $600 petrol card + $120 mobile reimbursement
  • Own Motorcycle: $250 transport allowance + $300 petrol card + $120 mobile reimbursement
  • No Vehicle (Temporary): $250 transport allowance + $120 mobile reimbursement
