Your Role

• Lead & mentor a team of engineers

• ️ Oversee project management, system commissioning, and technical support

• Conduct performance reviews & support career growth

• Collaborate cross-departmentally to align goals

• Evaluate new products for services

• Support sales in tenders and pre-sales

• Manage purchasing, inventory & CAPEX planning

• Ensure subcontractor performance & ISO9002 compliance

• ️ Enforce safety & meet customer quality standards

What You Bring

• Degree in Engineering (Electronics preferred)
