Mandai Wildlife Group is the steward of Mandai Wildlife Reserve, a unique wildlife and nature destination in Singapore that is home to world-renowned wildlife parks, connecting visitors to the fascinating world of wildlife. The Group is driving an exciting rejuvenation plan at Mandai Wildlife Reserve, adjacent to Singapore’s Central Catchment Nature Reserve, which will integrate five wildlife parks with distinctive nature-based experiences, green public spaces, and an eco-friendly resort.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual for a 6-month contract as a Senior Executive. You will analyze customer data and conduct both quantitative and qualitative research to help us understand customer preferences, behaviors, and perceptions. Your insights will support business decisions aimed at enhancing guest experience.

You will collaborate with various teams to understand their goals and develop research approaches that address key challenges and opportunities. Your work will translate data into clear insights, guiding decisions in marketing, product development, and customer experience, ensuring we meet evolving customer needs.

This role offers the opportunity to lead primary research projects and support vital research activities across the organisation, making a significant impact.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  1. Analyze customer data from multiple sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights related to customer behavior, preferences, and satisfaction.
  2. Present insights and analysis through clear research reports and presentations to internal teams or stakeholders.
  3. Transform raw data into understandable and actionable insights and recommendations.
  4. Conduct both quantitative and qualitative research to support strategic, data-driven decisions.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives, hypotheses, or problems, and develop suitable research methodologies.
  6. Manage primary and secondary research projects from design to data collection, analysis, and reporting.
  7. Support procurement and financial activities related to research, including budgeting and invoice processing.

Job Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Consumer Research, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Business, or related fields.
  2. Experience in consumer insights, market research, or data analytics is advantageous.
  3. Proficiency in tools such as Excel, SPSS, and SQL, with strong analytical skills.
  4. Knowledge of research methods, data analytics, and statistical techniques.
  5. Attention to detail and ability to work independently.
  6. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  7. Team player with a willingness to learn.
  8. Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is a plus.
  9. Understanding of Design Thinking is beneficial.
