Key Responsibilities

Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring optimal efficiency across departments

Develop and execute business strategies to achieve short- and long-term goals

Lead business development, strategic partnerships, and customer relationship management

Manage budgets, financial planning, and cost control measures

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

Build and manage a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability and excellence

Report directly to the Director and provide regular performance updates

Requirements

Proven experience in a senior management or general manager role (min. 5 years)

Strong leadership, organizational, and decision-making skills

Experience in wholesale trade or construction/glazing industries is a plus Solid understanding of budgeting, performance management, and corporate governance

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
