Job Details:- Location: Ang Mo Kio (With company transport at Jurong East, AMK, Bedok MRT)
- Working Days: Mon - Fri (8.30am -5.30pm)
Job Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the Merchandising team.
- Perform data entry, item creation, and Purchase Order processing.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date product data in the system.
- Update product details including pricing and inventory levels.
- Upload promotion lists and pricing updates.
- Manage stock allocation for new launches, replenishment, and consolidation.
- Liaise with retail stores and suppliers to ensure timely stock returns.
- Coordinate monthly meetings and take minutes for the Merchandising team.
- Generate weekly stock reports and consolidate monthly sales data for Open-to-Buy (OTB) analysis.
- Undertake ad hoc duties as assigned by the Reporting Officer.
Job Requirements:- PC Proficiency and familiar in Microsoft Excel is a MUST.
- With relevant working experiences in FMCG industry is an added advantages
