The role involves analyzing workloads, recruiting qualified medical professionals, and improving patient safety through effective human resource management. Job Description
Advise and provide support to set up a department.
Analyse workload, project and recruit qualified medical doctors to support a department’s operations and services.
Analyse attritions and improve manpower fill rates.
Identify manpower gaps and engage Heads of Departments proactively to resolve manpower shortages.
Improve quality and/or patient safety by participating in improvement projects.
Select and implement good practices and protocols for the department’s effective and efficient human resource management.
Job Requirements
Degree with at least 10 years of relevant experience in HRM with healthcare experience preferred
Proficiency in Microsoft Words, Excel and PowerPoint.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
