An established industry player seeks a skilled maintenance technician to ensure optimal functionality of machinery and equipment. This role involves responding to emergencies, implementing preventive maintenance, and adhering to safety regulations. You'll work with cutting-edge industrial machinery, including CNC systems, while collaborating with OEMs and contractors. Job Scope:
Respond to emergencies, Andon signals, breakdowns, malfunctions, and other operating issues to minimize disruptions in manufacturing processes.
Define and implement preventive maintenance programs, practices, and techniques to ensure all site facilities and production machines are in proper working condition.
Adhere to EH&S regulations, including cardinal rules, risk assessments, proper use of PPE, and machine safety.
Work with OEMs, machine agents, contractors, and suppliers on site facility and production machine repairs, calibration, and preventive maintenance (PM).
Oversee the installation and commissioning of site facility and production machines, instruments, and equipment.
Provide feedback and recommendations to the Maintenance and Facility Supervisor/Manager on operational and maintenance requirements.
Maintain maintenance records in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) in a timely manner.
Support the implementation and execution of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs.
Job Requirement
Minimum 2-5 years of experience in machine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.
Experience in Industrial machinery, including CNC machines (such as lathe, milling, grinding), automation systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.
Familiarity with Siemens, Fanuc, and Okuma control systems is preferred.
Experience with special process equipment like furnaces and plating equipment.
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Knowledge of safety regulations and preventive maintenance procedures.
Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles and practices.
