Job description

Job Scope:

  • Respond to emergencies, Andon signals, breakdowns, malfunctions, and other operating issues to minimize disruptions in manufacturing processes.

  • Define and implement preventive maintenance programs, practices, and techniques to ensure all site facilities and production machines are in proper working condition.

  • Adhere to EH&S regulations, including cardinal rules, risk assessments, proper use of PPE, and machine safety.

  • Work with OEMs, machine agents, contractors, and suppliers on site facility and production machine repairs, calibration, and preventive maintenance (PM).

  • Oversee the installation and commissioning of site facility and production machines, instruments, and equipment.

  • Provide feedback and recommendations to the Maintenance and Facility Supervisor/Manager on operational and maintenance requirements.

  • Maintain maintenance records in the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) in a timely manner.

  • Support the implementation and execution of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs.

Job Requirement

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in machine maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting.

  • Experience in Industrial machinery, including CNC machines (such as lathe, milling, grinding), automation systems, hydraulics, and pneumatics.

  • Familiarity with Siemens, Fanuc, and Okuma control systems is preferred.

  • Experience with special process equipment like furnaces and plating equipment.

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or a related field.

  • Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Knowledge of safety regulations and preventive maintenance procedures.

  • Knowledge of Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) principles and practices.
