Leading AEC technology vendor is seeking a Business Development Manager to join their expanding team.

Location: Singapore Office, hybrid role

Salary: 75-80k SGD/year + Uncapped Commission

About Us

Our client is a SaaS company backed by Private Equity, specializing in construction and architectural sectors. They provide data-driven insights across manufacturing and supplier landscapes and offer a streamlined platform to optimize project workflows.

Role Overview:

As a Business Development Manager, you will:

  1. Proactively identify and close new business opportunities while maintaining a healthy sales pipeline.
  2. Conduct in-depth discovery sessions, tailor content to prospects’ industry, role, and pain points, and deliver compelling product demos and proposals.
  3. Engage with prospects primarily via phone, email, and virtual meetings, supported by internal tools and systems.
