A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Representative to manage visitor interactions and inquiries in an office environment. The role involves greeting guests, handling feedback, and supporting daily operations. Ideal candidates should possess GCE 'N' Levels and have strong communication skills, with a salary of up to $2,600 gross per month.
5-Day Work Week (Mon–Fri, 8AM – 6PM)
Office-Based Environment
Greet and welcome all visitors with a warm, professional attitude
Attend to inquiries and feedback from office tenants and guests
Liaise with facility management to ensure smooth daily operations
Provide clear directional guidance within the premises
Log and track all lost & found items
Manage verbal and written feedback efficiently
Support Concierge Manager with ad-hoc duties
Minimum GCE 'N' Levels or equivalent
At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role
Strong in communication, problem-solving, and attention to detail
Up to $2,600 Gross/Month
