Job description

Location: Tuas Crescent (Company Transport provided at Marsiling & Jurong East MRT)
Working Hours: Monday - Friday

Responsibilities:
  • Providing comprehensive administrative support, including filing, data entry, and document management.
  • Answer phone calls, transfer them and take messages for the right department.
  • Coordinate with vendors for the procurement, maintenance, and renewal of services and equipment such as water filtration, floor mats, indoor plants, cleaning services, and staff transportation.
  • Prepare and process monthly food voucher distribution for eligible staff.
  • Monitor and replenish pantry and stationery supplies.
  • Support in monthly payroll, including attendance checking and overtime processing.
  • Source and administer training needs (sourcing, administration & registration).
  • Assist in the application, renewal, and cancellation of work passes.
  • Liaise with vendors on dormitory issues.
  • Plan and organize employee welfare/engagement activities/ company events.
  • Any ad-hoc activities within HR and Admin functions as assigned by HR Manager, from time to time.

Job Requirement:
  • Diploma in Human Resource Management / Administration / Business Studies
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
  • Candidates without experience are welcome to apply.
  • Strong organisational and multi-tasking abilities, with the ability to prioritise and manage competing deadlines.
  • Keen attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
