Job description

As the Preventive Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and supervising preventive maintenance programs across all F&B outlets. Your goal is to minimize downtime, ensure equipment reliability, and maintain high standards of safety and functionality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all restaurant equipment, HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, and kitchen appliances.

  • Coordinate with outlet managers to minimize disruptions during maintenance activities.

  • Supervise in-house technicians and external contractors to ensure timely and quality service

  • Assign daily job tasks to maintenance technicians to follow.

  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, inspections, and repairs.

  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.

  • Manage inventory of tools, spare parts, and maintenance supplies.

  • Analyze recurring issues and recommend process improvements or equipment upgrades.

  • Support opening of new outlets by setting up maintenance plans and conducting pre-opening inspections.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Facilities Management, or related field.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a maintenance management role, preferably in the F&B or hospitality sector.

  • Strong knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and building systems.

  • Excellent organizational and leadership skills.

  • Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
