Responsibilities:

• Drive both team and individual sales performance to consistently achieve monthly targets.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Relationship Managers to ensure high productivity, service quality, and team cohesion.

• Monitor sales performance, prepare accurate forecasts, and implement corrective actions to address performance gaps.

• Oversee the preparation of Credit Proposals, ensuring thorough due diligence and compliance with internal standards.

• Work closely with internal stakeholders to support a seamless and efficient end-to-end sales process.

• Analyze market trends to identify new business opportunities and support client acquisition strategies.

• Build and maintain strong professional networks to generate leads and support business growth.

Requirements:

• A recognized Diploma or Degree in a relevant discipline.

• At least 5 years of experience in SME Banking, Corporate Lending, or related fields.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a leadership or coaching role.

• Demonstrated ability to deliver results, with a strong track record in sales and business development.
