We are looking to hire a dedicated and detail-oriented Inventory Management Specialist to join our team.
1. Responsible for system entry of replacement parts in and out of the warehouse.
2. Responsible for creating, collecting, and managing records and files for replacement parts.
3. Conduct inventory checks and record for replacement parts inflow and outflow.
4. Prepare statistical summary reports of daily operations.
5. Assist with year-end inventory counting.
6. Timely input of original documents submitted by various warehouses into the system.
7. Track the shipment status of replacement parts purchase orders and confirm delivery.
8. Provide cost accounting data to the accounting department.
9. Supervise the preparation and shipment of replacement parts from the warehouse.
10. Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
· Diploma or above in IT/computer science/communication/, or related fields. Candidates with a background in computer science or communications will be given preference.
· Minimum of 2 years of relevant Inventory management and operations experience.
· Familiar with replacement parts management procedures, with solid knowledge and skills in products storage and handling.
· Must be able to communicate in Chinese with clients and colleagues in China.
