About the role

Join Getech Technology as a Sales Manager and play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our cutting-edge technology solutions. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible to identify and secure new business opportunities across Singapore and Malaysia.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and executing effective sales strategies to identify, pursue and close new business deals for semiconductor customer development.

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions

  • Analysing market trends and competitor activity to identify new sales opportunities

  • Collaborating cross-functionally with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of solutions to clients

  • Contributing to the development of product and service offerings to better meet customer requirements

  • Preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals

  • Accurately forecasting sales pipelines and providing regular performance reports

What we're looking for

  • College degree or above, major in software sales, marketing, or other related majors.

  • More than 3 years of sales experience in the same industry, experience in the Southeast Asian market, and MES, EAP, FDC, or APS product sales experience are preferred.

  • Have own customer resource in semiconductor/high-tech electronic industry, able to develop potential customers and achieve sales targets independently.

  • Master the industrial internet knowledge, and having certain concept of factory production.

  • Strong sales skills and sales experience, marketing experience, and channel development experience.

  • Strong communication skill, organization, coordination, and team management skills.

  • Have a strong sense of dedication, proactive, responsible, strong ability to work under pressure.
