About the role

We are seeking a diligent and organised Operation Admin to join our client in Kallang Central Region, specialising in Printing Industries. As a full-time employee, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient and smooth running of our operations. With your exceptional administrative skills, you will contribute to the overall success of our company.

Salary Range: UP to $2500 Basic + AWS + Variable Bonus

Working Location: Kallang (Near MRT Station)

Working Hours: 9.00AM – 6.00PM

Industry: Large Format Printing Industries

Work Environment: Good Working Environment

Salary: Commensurate with experience

Job Responsibilities
  1. Providing comprehensive administrative support to the operations team
  2. Handling a variety of clerical duties, including data entry, document preparation, and filing
  3. Answering and directing phone calls, and responding to inquiries from clients and colleagues
  4. Maintaining and organising office supplies and inventory
  5. Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless workflow
  6. Performing any other administrative tasks as required
Job Requirements
  1. 1 - 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant or similar role in operation function
  2. Excellent organisational and time management skills
  3. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  5. Ability to work well independently
