We are seeking an energetic, driven and experienced Assistant / Sales manager to join our team, focusing on the Government/ Public sector in Singapore particularly in the Information and Intelligence domains. This is an exciting mid-level opportunity for a tech-savvy individual passionate about building relationships and delivering tailored technology solutions to meet the unique needs of government agencies. The ideal candidate will possess a keen interest in global security, geopolitical developments, and technology. The role will be responsible for expanding our market presence, growing client relationships and aligning our solutions to the evolving landscape of security challenges.

The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in shaping go-to-market strategies, managing key accounts, and building long-term partnerships with clients and collaborators in the intelligence and defense community.

Be Part of Our Success

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to grow business in the Intelligence, Defense, and Public Security sectors.
  • Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales lifecycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, defense contractors, and security organizations.
  • Work closely with internal teams—including intelligence analysts, solution architects, and product developers—to tailor solutions to client needs.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to build brand presence and identify potential partnerships.
  • Lead proposal development, including RFP/RFI responses and solution presentations tailored to client requirements.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge on geopolitical, defense, and public security issues that impact client needs and solution relevance.
  • Oversee sales reporting, pipeline tracking, and forecasting activities.
  • Provide strategic insight to influence future service offerings and innovation within the Info- and Digital Intelligence space.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and security requirements in all client engagements and proposals.

Qualities We Value

  • Knowledge in Information Systems, Engineering and Business or equivalent
  • Proven track record of at least 5–7 years in a sales or business development role, preferably within the defense, security, or intelligence sectors.
  • Familiarity with intelligence workflows and solutions, OSINT/SOCMINT practices Information and Spectrum domains is highly desirable.
  • Strong understanding of the procurement processes and decision-making structures within government and defense entities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to align customer needs to business objectives and long-term growth plans.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in fast-paced, high-security environments with attention to detail and confidentiality.
  • Ability to synthesize complex intelligence or technical information into compelling sales narratives.
  • Self-motivated, adaptable, and capable of working both independently and in collaborative team settings.
  • Strong proposal writing, contract negotiation, and presentation skills.
